My son hit a pot hole and had to replace a new tire. I was worried we wouldn’t find a tire quickly, but they ordered and replaced the tire same day. They were awesome!

Have been going to Chesire Auto for years. They have always had fair pricing and great service. Have had brakes/rotors, alignments, oil changes, tires, and steering components replaced. Latest work was for chewed wiring damage by a squirrel. Wiring to the sensors was repaired very professionally, very clean and neat.

My older Honda CR-V had been dripping oil for several years and I finally decided to do something about it. Cheshire had previously done an alignment and did a great job and at good price, so I called to see if they would be interested in this repair. They looked at the oil leaks, and also identified other things that should or could be repaired, most resulting from the oil leak damage (serpentine belt, etc). A very reasonable quote for making the necessary repairs and fixing the oil leaks was provided that same day. The work was completed by the next morning, and all of the repairs were done 100% successfully. No more oil leaks, the shimmy when accelerating is gone, the thunk when putting it in gear is gone, and the car drives very much like it is new. Their work more than exceeded my expectations and it was very reasonably priced. We are super happy with this experience, and highly recommend Cheshire Automotive.

I can’t say enough good things about Cheshire Automotive. From start to finish, they are incredibly easy to work with. Bob, the service advisor, is outstanding—he’s friendly, straightforward, and genuinely honest. He takes the time to explain what’s needed (and what isn’t), which makes the whole process stress-free and trustworthy. The technicians are extremely thorough and clearly take pride in their work. They don’t rush jobs and make sure everything is done right the first time. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially for the level of quality and transparency you receive. They have worked on my Tacoma several times and I’ve always been extremely pleased with the outcome. If you’re looking for an auto shop you can trust, Cheshire Automotive is it. Highly recommend!

My son recommend me this place for oil change. I called yesterday and got an appointment the very next day at 8:30 am. As soon as i got there they started working on my vehicle. My experience with Cheshire Automotive was nothing but amazing, from start to finish. The turnaround time for repairs, from the first phone call, to getting the keys back after they finished was impressive. I really think the most important part of the experience was feeling that they listened to me, heard what I was saying and what my needs were. They were honest with me from start to finish about what was wrong with the car, how much it was going to cost and how soon they thought they would have it done. They delivered what they told me.I will use their services in the future and recommend them highly.

I am glad I finally found a automotive shop I can trust. If repair is not needed they will let you know. They set and keep repairs on schedule. They don't add extra services to sale you. We take 3 vehicles to this shop for repairs consistently. Also took my daughters for repairs. I talk to the mechanic and Bob about car issues, both are fantastic at explaining various repairs and suggested future repairs. I am not a mechanic but, many years ago family and I built hotrods and modified race cars from the frame up, So, I did learned a lot about car repairs. An honest repair shop is hard to fine. A customer for life is always better than a 1 time customer. See you guys on Monday with the other car. Thank You, Gina

He ripped off my auntie charged her $300 to remove the fuel tank to replace a brake line. I got under the vehicle and it was obvious he never removed the fuel tank at all. He just bent copper brake lines and ran it over the tank.

I can always count on Cheshire Automotive to take good care of me and my vehicles. Safety issue, I drive a lot and I needed some ball joints replaced on my Tahoe, they got me in quick, gave me a loaner, had me back in my work truck by the end of the day. Highly recommend.

I went here at the spur of a moment, at 530 on a Friday because my car was literally screaming at me he stayed around for me to show up with my vehicle and took it in. Get a call Monday saying the fix will be 730 (to fix the issue and also her new breaks and rotors) said okay do it, because I needed it fixed. I get a call back and get told they were able to fix my caliber that was messed up and saved me almost 200 dollars. Not too many places will tell you a certain price then call back and say that'll actually be less. Glad I know of a good honest mechanic around the area, already told people about the great service. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!

Highly recommend Cheshire Automotive!!! Recently took my 2020 Ram 2500 in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Prior to taking it to Cheshire I had been going to the dealership. Last time at the dealership I complained again about steering wheel violations and had them balance the wheels. Still had the vibration when I left and chalked it up to the oversized wheels and tires. Fast-forward to my recent visit to Cheshire. After the mechanics finished, there is NO vibrations and the truck is smooth as can be. They were fast, clean environment and beyond pleased with the results! Will be using them for all future needs.

Auto upkeep is a MUST if you plan to keep your car moving forward! Gregg & his team treated me (and my lack of knowledge) with respect and kindness! I had multiple issues (mechanical and aesthetics). Mechanical was my main concern! They contacted me with complete info on all aspects of my vehicle! On today’s visit, I chose to service my mechanical issues only. I will certainly be back to address the multiple aesthetic issues my car is in need of🙏 Thankful to the entire Cheshire team ❣️

My cars aren't driven often, so they likely don't receive the service they should. When I bring them to Cheshire, I'm confident that any maintenance issues which are needed will be found. I appreciate that Cheshire helps me keep both an A-B commuter and a very sentimental car on the road without making me think any of the work is unnecessary or up-charged.

Gregg and his guys provided the ultimate in great service today. They asked questions, listened and offered practical advice. They also pay attention to little details that you might not have noticed but will help your car look better. You always have access to your car repair records which can be very helpful when planning future expenses. Last, but not least, they check recalls for your particular vehicle, so you can stay current with them. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my friends.

Great guys at Cheshire Auto! I brought my mother-in-law's car to them when it seemed like it was a goner. They were very flexible allowing us to bring the car by after hours. They found what was wrong the next day and made the repair. They even checked in with me a few days later to make sure things were still good. It's great to know and trust a great local mechanic! I will definitely come back.

I brought my car in because it was overheating. They had a loaner car for me to use. Shop was nice and clean. Good customer service and good communication. I had a good experience. They seemed very honest with their assessment. I’ve been to another shop down the street from them and I felt like every time I went there, they were trying to take me for a ride. I didn’t feel that way with Cheshire.

Had tie rod ends and an aligment. Nearly $1000. Then was told a couple collant plugs were dripping some. They were factory and made of pvc. Was told they are using steel from now on and it would be a $4,000 minimum job.service may be good but a bit pricy for me.
